Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading property and hospitality business to recruit an experienced M&A Investment Manager.

You'll be working for a leading property and hospitality group with an impressive track record of growth.

They have developed some of the world's leading hotels in the UK, Europe and US as well as operating a growing restaurants business.

This expansionhas created a new role of M&A Investment Manager.


The role will involve valuation of potential target businesses, negotiation with targets, structuring finance deals, preparing board investment documents, managing the deal through to completion as well as creating a M&A strategy for the business.

Targetbusinesses will be in the Telcos, Fin Tech, Hospitality and Property sectors.

  • Experience working at Board level
  • Experience of managing external parties such as solicitors, banks, audit firms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Selfstarter with ability to work on own initiative
  • Continuous learner always looking to improve on the status quo
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
