    Frazer Jones are working with a growing mid-sized City law firm to find them an experienced Benefits/Reward Advisor to join them on a 1-year fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity, but it could go on beyond this due to the continued growth within the team. The role is hybrid working based out of their stunning offices in the heart of the City.

    As the Benefits & Reward Advisor, you'll report to both the Benefits Manager and the Reward (Compensation) Manager, supporting them both with a fascinating mix of Reward work including analytics, vendor management, delivery and implementation of benefits, and general comms for the team.

    The role is a busy and varied one, with lots of internal stakeholder contact and autonomy. It will be focussing mainly (80% of your time) on the benefits side, but will also give you some exposure on the Compensation side too, helping with reports and analytics for salary reviews etc.

    Duties will include:

    • Taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the benefits
    • First point of call for HR and employee benefits queries
    • Updating policy documentation
    • Point of call and subject matter expert for maternity/parental leave policy questions
    • Responsibility for drafting benchmark data submissions
    • Building relationships with third party providers/vendors to ensure the firm is receiving best quality and service
    • Supporting the Compensation Manager with the delivery of the annual salary review and bonus process
    • Supporting with the drafting of benchmarking data submissions, supporting the Reward Manager and Head of Reward as needed

    What they are looking for is an experienced Benefits advisor who is confident dealing with stakeholders and managing employee queries and support. Ideal candidates will have some experience on the Compensation side too, but this is less important than a solid background dealing with Benefits in an inhouse Reward team.

    You should have excellent Excel skills and experience of using a Benefits platform such as Benefex.
