    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Water Director to lead our water division across the UK. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Water Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with Egis' vision and business goals.
    • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
    • Team Management : create and expand a strong technical delivery capability in the UK.
    • Project Oversight: Oversee a water projects portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.
    • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, lead bids and proposals, and contribute to business expansion.
    • Industry Influence: Represent Egis at industry events, conferences, and forums, advocating for sustainable water solutions.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Extensive experience working in the UK Water sector.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes.
    • Strong client management skills, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
    • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • In-depth understanding of water sector trends, challenges, and innovations.
    • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
    • Preferably Chartered.

    Regional with Egis offices in Manchester Birmingham Bristol and London
