    Project Co-ordinator

    Office Based 8.30am-5pm

    Salary Circa £25,000 - £28,000

    Overview


    Our Loughborough based clients are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join the team supporting with Projects across the Project and event sector globally.


    The role:


    Ideally the candidate will have experience within the Exhibition industry (although not essential) and can work methodically and independently, assisting the Sales/Account Handler.


    The role will include:

    • Procurement of miscellaneous items for each individual project.
    • Ordering onsite requirements such as site services, including electrics/water/waste/
    Wi-Fi/rigging, within the given time frame to avoid inflated costs.


    • Support the account handler with ensuring the projects are delivered safely on time and
    to the client's satisfaction.


    • Take into consideration safety, environment, quality, and technical and commercial
    issues.


    • Ensure that site production of key components is delivered in line with project
    deadlines.


    • Liaise with the design department to ensure that clients design specifications are met.
    • Key support to the client throughout the process.
    • Price and instruct any extras and variations once agreed (if required)
    • Relay and track all programme dates with all departments to ensure completion.
    • Support account handler with the day-to-day delivery of the scheme.
    • Ensure all files are maintained and documents placed in files.
    • Coordinate deliveries ordered for the project.
    Key skills


    • Experience within the exhibition industry (preferred)
    • Organised, good planning skills
    • Strong administration skills – Office programs
    • Good communication skills both internally and externally
    • Able to work on own initiative and taking ownership/responsibility for certain tasks
    • Previous experience sourcing and ordering key equipment, H&S for events/exhibitions
    • Hands on team player, happy to support across the wider team with different tasks
