- Proven experience in construction project management and comprehensive understanding of the construction process from project inception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities and have established relationships within the construction market
- Comfortable with business development and spearheading the expansion of the business. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm and proficiency in identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and exploring new markets to drive the company's growth trajectory forward.
