    Weare now actively searching for a Business Change Manager.

    Workingwith senior business change managers business lead(s) projectmanager(s) and other key stakeholders this role will focus ondelivery of the change management elements within the IT ProgrammeEvolve. The programme aims to provide the our client with stableand highly available IT services that enable their organisationscurrent and future IT needs and is fundamental to ensuring we havethe right technology in place to support future capabilitiesproviding the foundations for further strategicchange

    Thepost holder will be required to provide change support for therange of IT projects that sit within the Programme and understandand manage the interrelationships between these where appropriatein order to demonstrate maximum impact and benefit to theorganisation. The position will require the coordination ofcommunication and engagement activity development of a clear visionof project outcomes and benefits and extensive engagement withstakeholders and project team members in order to create a sense ofunity and commonpurpose.

    Akey requirement of the role will be to ensure appropriate workingpartnerships are in place with the relevant functional areas (e.g.PMO IT Services) colleagues students and external stakeholderswhich are conducive to the effective realisation of this highprofile changeproject.

    Therole will be working across IT and nonIT Change programmes withinour strategic changeportfolio.

    Inparticular you will be supporting an IT Transformation programmethat is likely to have a budget in excess of 40m over the next fewyears.

    Essentialcriteria
    • Someonewho has worked to deliver Business Change leadership acrosssignificant change programmes within a similar publicsector/HE/complexorganisation
    • Experienceof working to deliver change with major programmes that havebudgets of more than5m
    • A trackrecord of working with senior stakeholders to develop excellentrelationships whilst working to challengingtimelines
    • AChange Management leader who can bring Change approachesmethodology and templates to life in a real workingenvironment
    • Anagile person who is able to recognise Change interdependenciesacross the portfolio and work with numerous stakeholders tomitigate risks and support the widerportfolio
    • Someonewho can coach and energise Change Managerseffectively
    Weare looking at a 18 month FTC for starters but this is likely tobecome a perm role in the future.
