Competitive About the Role: We are working on behalf of a reputable Tier One contractor - looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee retail fit-out projects valuing up to £5 million across the central belt of Scotland.

This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and deliver high-quality projects for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple retail fit-out projects from inception to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may ariseRequirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in retail fit-outs
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
