    Description

    The role Monday to Friday responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
    • Preparing & submitting VAT returns
    • Payroll preparation and submission
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

    The candidate:

    • Experience in Bookkeeping, including reconciling control accounts.
    • Ability to work confidentially and independently.
    • Have experience of QuickBooks, Xero or Sage (training will be provided).
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
