We are looking for a strong and effective Senior Cost Estimator to join us on a permanent basis.

Working as a Senior Cost Estimator you'll showcase your expert infrastructure experience, estimating costs within the Electricity Transmission industry.

Working closely with the wider strategic sourcing and contract management Procurement teams, you'll prideyourself on producing accurate and high-quality cost estimates and support the development and writing of winning bidding and contract strategies.

Playing an active part in our drive to Carbon zero, this is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects and build your knowledge of Substations, Cables and Overhead Lines.

About you

  • Substantial experience in infrastructure, estimating within the Electrical Transmission industry sector.
  • Significant experience providing estimating High Voltage electrical construction projects at 33kV, 66Kv, 132Kv, 275Kv or 400kV
  • Strong knowledge of construction and installation techniques and their implications on cost
  • ACostE, ICEAA or similar professional membership
  • Organised, results orientated and able to communicate at all levels effectively
  • Bachelor's degree and any experience within Regulated industry sectors is desirable.
