    As the Warehouse and Health & Safety Manager, you will be the cornerstone of logistical operations, steering a dedicated team towards excellence.

    Your days will be dynamic, filled with the strategic oversight of warehousing activities and the critical implementation of health and safety standards that ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

    The company seeks a candidate with a minimum of three years' management experience within a warehouse setting.

    Your expertise will be the driving force behind the seamless coordination of all warehousing processes, from inventory management to distribution logistics.

    Your strategic input will help to streamline operations and also contribute to the company's continuous growth and success. Implement and maintain health and safety policies in accordance with current legislation, ensuring a safe workplace environment.

    • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, identifying potential hazards and implementing preventative measures.
    • Lead and manage the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
    • Develop and monitor operational procedures to maximise productivity while maintaining quality standards.
    • Manage staff training on health and safety regulations, equipment handling, and emergency response protocols.
    • Stay abreast of new legislation and advancements in technology that may impact warehouse operations or health and safety procedures.
    Proven experience in warehouse management and health & safety oversight.

    • Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualification is highly desirable.
