Systems Engineer - Multiple Positions

Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in supporting UK Defence projects. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced defense systems. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex defence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop system architectures and solutions to meet project objectives.
• Conduct system integration and testing activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to delivery.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, proposing effective solutions and optimisations.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Systems Engineer in the defence sector, preferably within the UK Defence industry.
• Strong knowledge of defense systems, technologies, and standards.
• Proficiency in system design, integration, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligibility for security clearance (SC) or higher.
