    As a self-motivated individual you will work to ensure the full delivery of all Customer Contract within contractual guidelines and to manage effectively the Supervisory and engineering team, through target driven performance requirements, structured review meetings and to work closely with customer to provide overall efficiencies and profitability with no aged debt and a strong management and understanding of WIP.

    You will foster strong customer relationships through existing and new business opportunities and work and be guided by your direct line manager to provide support as and when required.

    A contract manager role that will cover a static sites with a contract value between £1- 2 million.

    To provide operational, financial and commercial management of assigned contract in Leicester and to develop further business opportunities and revenue within the portfolio.

    You will build on customer relationships and develop your team to provide outstanding customer service. To endorse thebrand and uphold the company image at all times.
    Purpose of the Job

    To provide leadership,supporting with the managementand development of a defined contract and ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide leadership and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
    2.

    Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender.

    3. Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract. Review and implement changes for more efficiency if required.
    4.

    Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions so that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both the business and subcontractors'activities and are regularly reviewed.

    5. Cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
    6.

    Working with the senior leadership team to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues.

    7.

    Supporting the Technical Service Manager's with development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.

    8. Support Technical Service Manager's to ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
    9.

    Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
