    About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our professional and supportive Talent Acquisition team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.


As a Talent Acquisition Partner, within a wider globalised team, you'll play a key role in delivering effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to our National Grid - ESO Business to help deliver their current and future people requirements.

This is varied and interesting role, where you'll also:

  • Map external markets, organisations and trends to deliver strong talent pipelines and recruitment insights to the ESO business area.
  • Set creative, efficient and cost effective souring strategies using tools such as social media and headhunting to drive direct sourcing.
  • Work with the business and People & Culture colleagues to develop talent pipelines for niche/hard to fill positions.
  • Proactively work to recruitment metrics, monitoring and drive time to offer and time to hire.
  • Make sure our recruitment processes are inclusive and encourage DEI best practise with hiring managers.
As part of our hybrid working approach, this role offers a mix of office and home based working.

Attending the Warwick office at least one day a week will be a great opportunity to meet your stakeholders and collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team.


About you:


  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment practices gained from a recruitment agency at a senior level; or inhouse recruitment background.
  • Strong organisational, problemsolving and project management capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Expertise in vendor management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at using social media for recruitment and employer branding purposes.
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience of using SuccessFactors would be a bonus.

  • A competitive salary between £40,000 £50,000 dependent on capability.
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day per week at our Warwick office and the remainder home working
