Licensing Administrator
Bedworth, Warwickshire
Permanent Contract
Full Time
Salary (£23, £24,462.00)
The closing date for this post is 12 noon on 25th March 2024
Those currently eligible on the redeployment register will be given prior consideration.
The main purpose of the role is to provide clerical and administrative support to the nominated Police Officers with responsibility for licensing management for the relevant Policing Areas Warwickshire.
Main Responsibilities:
Review command and control systems and stop search data for details of perpetrators of harm and breaches of licensing, update the collector system and forward details to Safer Neighbourhood Teams for action and response.
In support of the nominated Police Officer, maintain the appropriate intranet licensing system.
To provide occasional administrative support to the Multi-agency licensing enforcement teams.
To undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post, as required.
Knowledge:
5 A - C Grade GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Experience:
Previous administrative Experience
Key Skills:
Competent in the use of IT including Microsoft Office
Proven ability to communicate in oral and written form with a wide range of people from both within and outside the organisation.
Good administration and organisational skills.
