    • Location: Lichfield Bonds, Lichfield
    • Hours: Full time 09:30 - 17:00, 5 days from 7 to include some Saturday working
    • Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + great commission/bonus scheme & enhanced benefits package

    Our developments are beautifully designed for the over 60's market offering stunning community living and set in highly desirable locations across the UK. We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Property Sales Advisor to join us at our beautiful Lichfield Bonds development.

    About the role

    Lichfield Bonds is a stylish development of 64 one & two bedroom apartments situated in the centre of Lichfield and with wonderful views over Stowe Pool and Lichfield Cathedral.

    This newly built community is spread across 3 buildings and offers a mixture of one and two-bedroom modern apartments and a communal lounge, social kitchen, patio seating areas and a communal garden.

    As our site based Property Sales Advisor you will become an expert on every aspect of the development and build relationships with our prospective owners, giving them a truly first-class experience.

    We offer our customers flexibility to rent, rent to buy or purchase their new home so your role will be to take new residents on their journey from first contact through reservation and onto occupation.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Achieve sales through knowledgeable demonstration of our development, lifestyle and benefits of amenities during viewings
    • Network with local groups, clubs and societies to forge links offering to invite members to events
    • Make suggestions on local marketing and PR events and opportunities
    • Be thorough in working through our extensive database of customers interested in our developments
    • Cross-sell alternative developments that may suit a customer's requirements more closely
    • Follow due diligence processes when taking a reservation to ensure affordability and then work closely with the Sales Progressor to achieve agreed completion dates
    • Call or meet with Estate Agents on a weekly basis, pushing for leads to be passed across
    • Monitor development Rightmove & company website listings to ensure information is correct and reflects the site well
    • Sales office and show apartment kept to a high standard of presentation at all times

    About you

    You'll be an experienced Property Sales professional with estate agency, new homes or developer experience. Ideally you'll have experience of selling high end properties.

    • Good knowledge of Lichfield & local amenities
    • Good knowledge of local property market
    • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Target driven with ability to close sales
    • Strong negotiation & influencing skills
    • Highly professional & well presented
    • Strong IT skills with experience of using CRM systems (we use Google Workspace & Salesforce)

    This is a full time, permanent role working 09:30 - 17:00 5 days of 7, to include some Saturday working. This role offers a basic salary £30,000-£32,000 plus generous commission scheme and a great benefits scheme which includes:
