    HR / People Business Partner

    Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

    Hours: 40 hours

    Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)

    Contract: Permanent / Full-Time - (Hybrid) 1 day WFH

    Location: City of London

    Culture Guru is recruiting for an HR / People Business Partner to be part of a brand new team within a well-established and prestigious property development business.

    In summary, the HR / People Business Partners' primary responsibility will; be to provide support and service in all aspects of human resources. You will collaborate closely with leaders across various business divisions to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

    Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop tailored people strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution.
    • Manage HR support for employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance reviews, and restructures.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Lead efforts in talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding, while implementing retention initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
    • Support managers in driving the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
    • Provide coaching and assistance to managers in delivering effective feedback and performance improvement strategies.
    • Identify training needs within business areas and collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Stay updated on UK legislation and ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant.
    • Develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment, boost morale, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Support action planning based on employee engagement surveys and assist diversity network groups in executive ED&I initiatives.
    • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of people programs and initiatives.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement.

    Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;

    • Level 5 CIPD preferred / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
    • Proven track record of progressive HR experience, with emphasis on HR business partnering and strategic initiatives.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
    • Flexibility to work across multiple sites as needed.
