Within our
International Implementation team** we accompany our international customers from the signature of their contract to the hand over to our services teams.

In this way we guarantee smooth and clear integration of the agreed contractual deliverables so that as a result we have satisfied customers and happy SD Worx employees.


As Project Support Officer you are part of the International Implementation team, and you will
support the Project Manager in the smooth transition of mid/large-size new customer implementations of the SD Worx product suite, ensuring that company procedures and contractual obligations are met.

You will also support the smooth implementation of change control projects for existing customers.

What do you have to offer?

  • Ideally 34 years of experience in an administrative position, in a project management context
  • Experience in the HR industry will give you a head start
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Able to act proactively and communicate effectively
  • Analytical thinking
  • Track record of excellent personal organisation and time management Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Support a Project Manager to ensure all project milestones are met within contractual, time, quality and budgetary constraints
  • Administrative support for the project ( preparation of meetings, reporting, documentation,risks, set up project tools ).
  • Advise the Project Manager about risks, lessons learned and possible roadblocks.
  • Ensure quality and timely responses from all project team members
  • Work proactively member with the Project Manager
  • Establish, maintain and follow procedures within the team that satisfy Company reporting and compliance requirements.
