Grantham, Full or Part Time, Permanent

Are you an enthusiastic Administrator with excellent customer service skills and are ready for a new challenge?


Our award-winning family run Grantham based client is seeking a
Compliance Administrator to join their thriving organisation on a permanent basis.


Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, this role will work directly with the Compliance Manager as well as supporting the full department.


THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a
Compliance Administrator will include:


  • Processing monthly claims, reviews and audits
  • Updating CRM systems with breaches and claim details
  • Creating monthly and quarterly reports for the Compliance Manager
  • Maintaining company networks and registers
  • Providing administrative support to the Compliance department

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal
Compliance Administrator will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • Strong experience within a financial services/administrative environment would be ideal
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to build a rapport with customers
  • Driven and hardworking
  • Professional and personable approach with great attention to detail
  • Calm and able to work under pressure
  • Experience in a compliance role is not necessary as full training will be provided though administration experience would be beneficial._
