An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading Insurance firm based in London.

We are seeking an M&A Underwriter to manage and lead a highly reputable and successful M&A underwriting team on a permanent basis.

You will contribute to strategic and profitable growth through the delivery of high-quality reinsurance and M&A underwriting services. Cultivate profitable business and be accountable for profitable underwriting performance
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with key London M&A Brokers
Experience of underwriting M&A transactions
In depth understanding of complex and specialist products including M&A transactions
The ability to contribute to product development and non-conventional tailoring of various products to meet customer needs and manage risk
Significant experience building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
