4Leisure are now recruiting for Lifeguards, on behalf of luxury Hotel in the Dorking (Surrey) area. We are looking for a team of Lifeguards seeking employment over the summer months of April - October with both part

The role is to oversee the enjoyment and safety of guests in the outdoor pool, whilst supporting in the daily operation of the hotel when not on poolside.

The location is a beautiful 4* hotel that overlooks the river Mole, it houses 3 acres of landscapedgardens with an outdoor heated pool for both hotel guests and members from the local community.

The main duties of the Lifeguard:

Supervising the pool/carrying out rescues when necessary:

Helping set up/set down events within the hotel:

Delivering excellent customer service to all guest and members:

Checking in members on arrival:

Reporting to leisure club manager on site:

Keeping the poolside area immaculately clean and tidy
Pay rates between
£ per hour (inclusive of holiday), paid weekly.

There is the option to have accommodation provided at the hotel if you do not live locally

The NPLQ (Lifeguarding Qualification) is essential for this position in addition to a great work ethic, team spirit mentality and the ability to make the poolside environment both safe and enjoyable for all users.
