Talent Acquisition Partner - 7 month FTC |Leading Fintech Insurer |Remote working |Up to £70k / £450-£550 day rate considered

Our client are a leading fintech insurance company and we're supporting them in their search for an Talent Acquisition Partner (7 month FTC).

The role is to cover maternity and also support with an additional 70 new heads that have been signed off this FY.

In this role you'll be

A true Business Partner with your stakeholders and be an expert in full lifecycle recruitment in both UK & Europe (ideally France)
Sourcing the best talent across the likes of financial compliance, underwriting, risk and legal
Getting involved in wider people/TA projects
Developing and maintaining talent pools on recurring needs and shortage profiles
Involved in the execution of the employer brand

Ideally you'll be someone who

Has experience of recruiting for roles in France
If you've recruited across either Underwriting, compliance or risk it would be super helpful
This is
_not _a tech recruiter role
Prides themselves on direct sourcing and knows when and how to leverage support when needed
Happy to travel to Paris once a month (expenses paid)
