OVERVIEW:

  • An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Manager to join a reputable practice in the East Midlands area.
  • Joining on a part time basis, the appointed Conveyancing Manager will be reviewing existing processes and implementing new processes to ensure the team complies with all regulatory obligations, policies and procedures, undertake file reviews, audits and appraisals,AML Checkes and supporting the Head of Department to ensure that the conveyancing teams provide the highest quality of service.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Office to ensure all staff training is up to date as well as assist the Marketing Officer to promote the residential property services as well as be the first point of contact for all conveyancing complaints.
  • You will have strong experience ensuring compliance within a regulated industry, some experience of residential conveyancing would be desirable.
