- Running the Workday support desk using Jira, responding to day-to-day queries such as security and configuration change requests
- Maintain & develop new business processes across Workday Financials
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, from external Workday Consultants to Senior Finance Leadership
- Lead training for Finance and non-Finance users on Workday
- Communicate Workday best practices (and constraints) to overseas teams during the continued roll-out
- Carry out functional testing of Workday when required
- Produce and maintain process and training documentation
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience supporting Workday Financials (3+ years)
- Strong experience in Workday Financials configuration
- Finance background, Accounting qualification preferred (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Involvement in Workday implementations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
