- Oversee and implement robust quality systems and processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations in relation to quality and reliability.
- Design and implement quality control measures within the manufacturing process, analyse data to identify areas of improvement and work as part of a cross functional team to drive customer focus, OTD and RFT.
- Designing and Implementing robust quality control procedures and testing protocols at each process within the build sequence during the NPI process.
- Conducting quality audits, reviewing data and analytics and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to identify and address product defects and issues.
- Leading and mentoring junior quality engineers, providing guidance and support on complex projects and initiatives.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, develop robust corrective actions and timely resolution.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to quality systems and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a Quality Engineering Role.
- Batchelors or Advanced Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Certifications/Experience in Quality, Quality Engineering, Engineering, Lean Six Sigma that are recognised as industry standard.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate leadership ability.
- Able to manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Familiar with NPI, FMEA, SPC and APQP.
