The post-holder will also be responsible for providing efficient administrative, logístical and relationship management and supporting the Secretariat team, as well as the high-level Global Panel comprised of 11 international experts.

The post-holder will have a degree or substantial equivalent experience alongside experience as a PA, Executive Secretary or Administrator.

The post-holder will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills will require excellent organisational skills, as it will involve working with a diverse group of senior stakeholders in a highly international environment.

The post is part-time 21 hours per week, 0.6 FTE and fixed-term until 31 October 2024. The post is funded by the Global Panel Irish Aid and is available immediately.
