- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with diverse age groups.(Needed)
- QTS (QTLS), PGCE or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field. (Preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
