    Due to an exciting transformation across our Procurement function, we are pleased to announce an opportunity for a confident, ambitious, and pro-active Sourcing Specialist, with some previous experience in Procurement, to join the team.

    In this varied role you'll undertake sourcing and associated activities on behalf of the company in accordance with policies, process, regulations, and risk appetite with the objective of ensuring value is maximised and risks are managed appropriately.

Manage requisition queues and purchase order approvals including follow-up of queries/incorrect documentation to ensure all transaction are in accordance with policy
    Undertake spend analysis and evaluation with a view to identifying anomalous spend and potential opportunities in line with Group strategy
    Planning and execution of allocated sourcing activities (from IT to HR to Professional Services to Facilities etc) as required ensuring they are in accordance with policies and practices
    Producing project reports and other MI, in a timely and accurate manner, as required
    Ensuring records are kept in accordance with requirements and expectations including but not limited to contract and supplier records and maintenance of the pipeline
    Initial point of contact for new procurement enquiries and ensuring demand is captured appropriately, providing prompt, professional and courteous support to "how do I" enquiries from internal stakeholders

    As the function continues to develop, you'll have the ability to be flexible in a continuously changing environment, showcasing your adaptability and ability to work both independently and within a team.

    Previous experience working in a Procurement support or Contracts Governance position.
    Previous IT-related procurement experience and knowledge would be an advantage
    Data driven, numerate, and an ability to handle data analysis activity.
