Performance Marketing Manager - £45,000 to £55, days a week in office

My client is disrupting the scene with their innovative designs and incredible products.
They are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to test + learn different channels across Paid Social and PPC.
The Role:
- Designing, managing, and executing the brand awareness and user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels
- Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on datadriven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests
- Allocate proper spending across all performance channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
- Be the leader for Paid Media
- Define strategy, activate, implement and report on campaigns.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience within Paid Media Marketing. Agency side/Footwear is preferable.
- Experienced creating, optimising, and reporting from within the platforms themselves.
- Proven experience in buying media across UK + UK
- Proven across inproving KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, ROI, CPA
- Self starter, attention to detail, organised and deep level of interest.
