    Role Overview: As the Head of Account Management, you will be experienced with creating and implementing a strategy within existing client accounts. You will be dealing with Financial Directors, Managing Directors and Heads of Tax, expanding business within existing accounts and gaining new business through referrals. Your clients will come from a range of industries, such as IT, Tech, Financial Services, Fintech, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Construction. As well as expanding current accounts, the Head of Account Management will also be leading and managing a small team of Account Managers.

    Requirements:

    • Background of consultative services
    • Able to provide examples where you have created and implemented a strategy
    • R&D Tax or Management experience NOT essential

    The Package:

    • £80,000-100,000 basic salary
    • £16,000-20,000 in bonus
    • £4,000 car allowance
    • 25 days + bank holidays
