    Description

The Sales Graduate role at Crayon UK is a great opportunity to learn and grow with the company, developing your sales abilities and strategies to help us reach more customers. The aim of the programme is to nurture our future leaders, with a focus on sales. Our Early Careers programmes are essential for our continued success and this role is key to our growth plan.

Candidates who succeed will go through the Crayon sales graduate programme, working as part of our Inside Sales team, learning how this role contributes to the main Sales function and the wider business. During the 12to-18-month programme, the structured development plan will allow the candidate to work more closely with members of the sales function by observing customer meetings, learning about our deal review process and preparing them to take on a role within our Salesforce in the future.

The role is mainly based in our Inside Sales team, where the candidate will learn the basics of all the back-office sales processes related to transactional quotes and orders, setting up new customers and making sure they have a smooth onboarding process, giving them a great experience with our company.

Once settled, the role will support the main sales function and work with them as a team. This will give valuable learning and experience on what it takes to 'sell' at Crayon, building confidence and knowledge for the next stage of their career.

This role is suitable for a well-rounded candidate with a degree level qualification. Successful applicants will be curious and motivated people who have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as a desire to win.

As part of this programme, there is additional support and development through a clear learning pathway throughout. This includes developing soft skills, leadership skills and ongoing support from a senior business mentor.

Over time, the role will offer guidance and experience on best practises and build readiness for the next step on the career path.
