    SERVICE DELIVERY ADMINISTRATOR - Long term contract

    Administration support to the Delivery Team

    • Assist with the onboarding of new suppliers, maintaining and filing associated documentation.
    • Administration of the manning plan and advising the consortium logistics team for confirmation of helicopter / CTV travel arrangements.
    • Verifying clearance of all PAX for travel.
    • Manage offshore operations weekly movements log.
    • Administer the offshore crew planner and update with all required information.
    • Compile Project Variation paperwork for approval by management.
    • Attend daily offshore coordination meetings, updating the team with any relevant issues.
    • Compile weekly report data for use by the Management in project reports.
    • Issue Work Packs to the client and maintain a log of the status of approval.
    • Request and register any work authorisations required by the Team for offshore execution scopes.
    • Present all signed off work Packs for Client signature.
    • Dealing with vendor and subcontractor correspondence.
    • Assist in onboarding and mobilisation of any vendors.
    • Review and maintain database for ensuring all offshore personnel are compliant.
    • Booking of all travel arrangements.

    Other Duties

    • Work with the team on all safety related matters including compiling and administrating data and reports.
    • Support the finance Team with any queries.
