    Skills and Attributes Required

    • 3+years experience in a digital/marketing agency environment, with a strong track record of managing digital marketing projects and long standing client partnerships
    • Deep rooted knowledge of digital marketing strategies and concepts across content, SEO, Social (Paid & Organic) & PPC
    • Demonstrated excellence in client services and client relationship management
    • Proficiency in G-suite, especially sheets, and an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
    • A proactive problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and a positive approach to change
    • Confidence in financial and day-to-day operational management
    • Experience with automation tools and efficiency management
    • Native or bilingual proficiency in a European language is desirable

    Purpose of the Role

    As a Digital Account Manager, your primary mission is to harness digital marketing strategies effectively, ensuring alignment with our clients' business goals and digital communications needs.

    This role requires a proactive approach in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional client services, and driving the successful execution of digital campaigns and projects. Your contributions will directly impact the agency's growth, underlining the importance of strategic account development, exemplary project management, and robust team leadership.

    The role will require you to develop an intimate understanding of our client's strategies and business model as well as a deep understanding of best practice and market trends.

    Working closely with Curated's Strategy, SEO, Content, Insights & Paid teams, you will lead on defining the solutions to meet our clients' requirements, managing the project delivery schedule and budgetary estimates, and driving the programme of work from inception through to successful delivery; ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to high levels of client satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate is someone eager to apply their expertise to not only grow Curated's business but also our clients' businesses, embodying the spirit of a true all-rounder or "midfielder" in our team.

    This role demands quick reflexes to seize opportunities and address issues, underpinned by strong skills in strategy, forecasting, and planning to consider, develop, and implement scenarios both internally and externally.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Forge strong, trusting relationships with both day-to-day and senior client contacts
    • Deliver outstanding client services, maintaining high satisfaction levels and exceptional feedback
    • Continuously seek to enhance deliverables, aiming to exceed client expectations
    • Conduct client work reviews (monthly, quarterly), identifying cross-sale and upsell opportunities

    Project Management:

    • Lead the communication and collaboration between the client and the digital marketing team as the primary point of contact
    • Allocate and oversee projects within your team, ensuring alignment with team skills and resource/capacity
    • Develop clear project scopes, budgets, and schedules, facilitating seamless delivery
    • Handle day-to-day client requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
    • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret client briefs and craft digital solutions
    • Ensure rigorous quality assurance for all delivered projects
    • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain the agency's quality standards

    Strategic Digital Account Development:

    • Deepen your understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and digital strategies
    • Ensure clients' needs, business goals and objectives are understood (everything we do at Curated is driven by our clients commercial KPIs)
    • Conduct research and analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry landscape and current performance, sharing insights and best practices with the team and wider agency

    Commercial Responsibility:

    • Independently develop and present digital marketing strategies and proposals aligned with client objectives
    • Produce budgetary estimates and secure client approval for all projects
    • Provide clients with regular updates on budget utilisation, showcasing your ability to manage financial aspects with precision and transparency
    • Spotting growth opportunities across Curated's client portfolio through proactive and effective account management
    • Manage financial risks by adhering to financial processes, including budget proposals and reconciliations
    • Ensure that additional work outside the agreed scope is approved and estimated accurately

    Team Management:

    • Oversee resource booking and utilisation across the digital team, ensuring advanced planning
    • Maintain up-to-date status reports and project schedules, clarifying deliverables
    • Enforce adherence to documented processes and template usage in client work
    • Mentor and manage assigned team members, fostering skill and career development
