    About the Role:

    The Registration Process Manager ensures the delivery of the end-to-end CGMA student registration process for B2C and B2B customers.

    Registering for a professional qualification is complex process and the start of a life-changing journey; you will ensure that the process is comprehensive yet streamlined, that the candidate experience is aligned with customer expectations and business objectives, and that business processes are delivered through integrated systems that connect with the Association's student platform, exams platform, payment, finance systems, and other technology platforms.

    You will work internally with partners to ensure we have an operable, quality, scalable process to lead the pipeline of new CGMA holders and members.

    This is a remote role.

    You Will:

    • Serve as an important lead for the end-to-end CGMA student registration process
    • Perform business process management of the end-to-end CGMA student registration process, including
    • Build projects related to process and system improvements for CGMA registration. Project management tasks to include
    • Be a representative for the MA qualifications pathways team in internal transformation programmes.

    You Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
    • Experience in strategy implementation, project and process management
