    Role Overview :

    As the Global Category Manager for Temporary Labor and Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize our temporary labor and human resources spend globally. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and regions to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and enhance overall efficiency in talent acquisition processes.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement global category strategies for temporary labor and human resources, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms and service levels.
    • Analyze market trends, benchmarking data, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the category.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, procurement, and business units, to understand requirements and develop sourcing solutions that meet their needs.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance, to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging trends in temporary labor and human resources to inform sourcing strategies and mitigate risks.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
    • Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, with a focus on temporary labor and human resources.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing global category strategies, delivering cost savings, and improving supplier performance.
    • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement/sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
