We have a fantastic opportunity for a public area cleaner to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England's leading Hotel and Resort.

We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for golf.

We have had a really exciting year so far at The Belfry, starting with hosting The British Masters in June 2023, and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.


Salary
This role is 32 hours per week over 4 days.

The on target earning potential for this role is £18,188.00 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £17,472.00 plus a qualified estimate of £716 gratuities annually


About the role


As part of the Public Area team you will be responsible of providing that WOW experience for the guest as they walk through the public areas within the resort.

With a keen eye for detail you will be able to work under your own steam and deliver an outstanding experience to our guests.


You will also be responsible for:

  • To ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved
  • To carry out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning
  • To liaise closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisor on a daily basis
  • To have pride and commitment in your area of work

About you

In addition to this you will:

  • Have a flexible approach to work and shift patterns,
  • Be standards driven and be able to deliver, and
  • Have an exemplary attention to detail.
  • Be able to deal with guest enquiries in a friendly manner as you will be the face of the housekeeping team around the resort.
