Role Description This is a full-time hybrid or onsite role for a Legal Aid Immigration Supervisor for our firm which is based in Croydon.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be an IAAS Level 2 accredited senior caseworker and/or solicitor, with at least four years' experience of advice on asylum, protection and related human rights claims.

You need a Bachelor's degree in law.

You should have and be able to demonstrate experience in publicly funded immigration work under a Leg Aid Agency Contract and will either hold IAAS supervising senior caseworker accreditation or have the skills, knowledge and experience to qualify as a supervisor within 3 months of joining Asylum Aid.
