Are you a highly motivated, innovative and self-reflexive individual? Do you have a passion for working creatively and collaboratively with children and young people with complex mental health problems?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Highly Specialist Family and Systemic Therapist (band 8a) in Reading Specialist Community CAMHS team in Berkshire.

In addition to the local multi-disciplinary team where you will be based, you will join a supportive county-wide Family and Systemic Psychotherapy group.

With other family therapy colleagues, you will support and develop family therapy clinics to support complex presentations.

Once in post you will provide high quality delivery of safe, effective, efficient, and timely assessment and treatments of young people referred to the team.

You will support junior staff in both their development and training of system practise.
