    Ecclesiastical Planning Services , who are proudly part of Benefact Group , are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Gloucester office on a hybrid basis.

    As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating the production and delivery of B2B and B2C marketing communications across all media channels, including social media content and localised B2C campaigns on behalf of our funeral directing partner firms.

    You will also be responsible for sharing updates on the Benefact Group's charitable giving and campaign activity, as well as managing internal communications and generating quality content with the business.

    Plan and coordinate production and delivery of B2B and B2C marketing communications across all media channels including newsletter production, social media content and localised, B2C campaigns on behalf of funeral directing partner firms.

    It also involves sharing updates regarding the Benefact Group's charitable giving and campaign activity, as well as managing internal communications, working with the business to generate quality content.

    The role includes copy-writing/editing, managing communications through an ASA/FCA compliance approval process and some print management.
    General administrative duties such as managing the inbox to cover marketing administrator, data cleaning and proofreading/checking, etc.
    Liaison with printers, designer, marketing agencies, fulfilment houses and internal stakeholders where required to support marketing activity.
    Support with planning, scheduling and communications.
    Trouble-shoot logistical or quality issues to conclusion.

    Ensure outputs meet the brand guidelines, are technically correct and compliant with FCA, GDPR, ASA and other regulations, and follow compliance processes.

    Previous experience and proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns.
    Knowledge of FCA financial promotions rules.
    Experience of marketing projects and communications programmes in an FCA-regulated industry, including data/GDPR knowledge and print management.
    Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.

    Excellent written communication skills including grammatical accuracy and ability to adapt written approach to the format, including copy-writing and editing skills.

    Proven planning and project management skills.
    Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building experience. Ability to work swiftly and multi-task/project manage.
    Full, valid driving license as some support with events may be required.
