    Here at South Thames College, we are looking for a Sessional Lecturer to teach on the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Level 3 Diploma, a part-time evening provision.

    You will plan and prepare modules, deliver teaching and learning, conduct tutorials, assessment and marking for students on the programme.

    This role requires someone who is educated to degree level in a relevant Business discipline and who holds a recognised Management qualification such as ILM or CMI.

    You should also have relevant experience of working as a leader and manager in a commercial/business setting and have a successful record of tutoring and supporting adult learners including setting and implementing target setting, monitoring and reviewing learner progress.
