• Managing Director My client is a fast growing independent advisory firm that specialises in providing Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, M&A and Analytics with a focus in the Infrastructure, Power, Energy & Utilities, Real Estate and Transportation sector.

Ideally someone who has a strong network of UK based financial sponsor clients.

Working on and managing a range of debt advisory projects with regular interaction with clients, banks, advisors and other service linesManagement of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs, management presentations, financial analysis and client communicationsBuilding and developing client relationships across the regionHave a broad perspective of debt market trendsProfessional Experience:
Must have more than 10+ years' experience within Debt Advisory, Capital Structuring and covering some Derivatives.
Must have strong network of UK based financial sponsors.

Ideally from a competitor debt advisory firm either within a bank, non-bank institutionTrack record of having originated and executed transactions with private equity backed and or and private companiesSignificant experience in debt structuring, credit analysis and financial modellingExperience of having negotiated term sheets / legal documentationExperience in having led / oversee junior team members.

Strong academic track record and professional qualifications are desirable.
