We're looking for Associate Client Partners to join the team

This is a 360 position but with the ability to hit the ground running with hot accounts from day one, managing deals ranging from £45,000 to £100,000+.

You will become an expert in sourcing, headhunting and networking, whilst providing a high level of service to your candidates and clients.

With a global focus spanning EMEA, US, and APAC, you'll build lasting relationships and become a pivotal player in our growth story.

We're Looking For:

• 6-18 months' experience in working within a 360 recruitment environment.
• Exposure to or knowledge of the Automotive, Clean Tech and Renewables industries.
• Open to backgrounds in Exec Search, Tech, Sales, Finance, HR and Manufacturing.
• Confidence, articulacy, and meticulousness – especially on the phone.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Hunger for success, drive for learning, and determination to progress.
