Join our Services Partner Management Team
The Services Partner Management department focuses on the implementation, administration and continual improvement of the Softcat Partner Programme. As well as this the department is responsible for the engagement between Softcat and all its Services Partners.

As part of a growing team, you will have plenty of opportunity to contribute to improvements in process and efficiency, through innovation and idea sharing.

Most of the team is based in Marlow, though occasionally travel to all Softcat locations.

Does your current role see you collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of a partner programme?
Working in Partner Management operations you'll be instrumental to the success and delivery of the Services Partner Programme.

As well as this you'll cover a shared inbox responding to enquires from both internal and external customers.

You will be working with a variety of other departments within Softcat to ensure Services Partners are successfully onboarded as a supplier of Softcat.

You will also act as a role model or mentor to the rest of the team.


You'll also be responsible for:

  • Working with other departments create, validate and test processes to improve efficiencies create best practices
  • Ensuring the Partner Management SharePoint page has up to date and relevant content
  • Working with other departments to produce new content where necessary
  • Managing the vetting and onboarding of all new Services Partners, alongside managing relationships with emerging Partners
  • Keeping the internal opportunity allocation tool up to date
  • Offering support to the Partner Managers proactively and introducing new ways to support them

  • The ability to develop relationships with customers and partners, maintaining positive engagement with other Softcat departments
  • Hard work ethic, diligence, capability to prioritise workloads, using discretion to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Fluent communication, able to present complex technical information to nontechnical audiences
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for fast turnarounds
  • Propensity to work independently with minimum supervision, and part of a team, to achieve results and plan your own work
