- Providing technical guidance, best practise, and remediation steps allowing them to successfully onboard their users to Microsoft Office 365
- Attending customer welcome calls to support CSM's on more technically minded questions
- Leading technical workshop discussions with customers across specific M365 workloads providing technical guidance on best practise tailored approaches to allow them to achieve their goals
- Maintaining ownership of the technical workshop engagements through their lifecycle to a satisfactory customer resolution
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team
- Practical ability and knowledge of the full M365 stack
- Experienced in managing on premises Microsoft applications, server technologies and roles required for hybrid solutions
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
- Working flexible hours - flexing the times you start and finish during the day
- Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs
