Location:
This role is based at our Lisburn site in Northern Ireland. This role is NOT hybrid.

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT department. You'll be responsible for maintaining / upgrading our server and network infrastructures.

Senior System Administrator responsibilities include, monitoring system performance, configuring new software & hardware and upgrading current infrastructure to reflect current policies.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience within a similar role.

Ultimately, you will ensure our software, hardware, servers and networks run smoothly


Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain network infrastructure equipment
  • Ensure the smooth deployment of new hardware & software
  • Train staff & create technical documentation for company software
  • Participate in strategic projects ensuring time bound requirements
  • Provide a high level of internal service and support to department managers and remote workers
  • Report to the Management Team on a weekly basis with department updates
  • Work with the General Manager to meet the strategic objectives of the business
  • Liaise with our sister company Sunrise Medial to integrate IT systems

Renumeration

  • 38 Hrs per week.
  • Permanent, full time
  • Salary Range £33,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
  • Life Assurance 4 x salary
  • 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

  • Condensed working 4 Day week (Monday to Thursday 7:30am 5:30pm)
