- Oversee and manage the operations of a home care facility.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients.
- Develop and implement care plans for clients based on their individual needs
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide necessary medical treatments and medication administration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adjust as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care.
- Previous experience within a senior or deputy role working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Fully flexible to suit the needs of the services you support.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 4 or above OR hold your QCF Level 5 in management OR be prepared to work towards it.
- Excellent written, verbal and IT skills and be able to prioritise, plan and organise your workload effectively.
- In depth knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and of their practical application.

We have a fantastic opportunity join our continually expanding organisation, as a *Deputy Locality Manager* overseeing *Our Supported Living* *Service* within the Fazeley /Tamworth area.
The role will include day to day management of the services you cover, ensuring the individuals we support receive a personalised service which meets and continually responds to their changing needs, whilst also working to maintain quality and compliance.
*Responsibilities:
As part of your role as the Deputy Locality Manager, you will be expected to travel between your services whilst working on-rota and off- rota with a minimum of 1 day off rota per week - dependant on occupancy hours.
