We have reached an exciting period of development that requires a
Sales and Marketing Director (Chief Revenue Officer/Head of Growth) to drive commercial success.


About the Role
This is an executive leadership position, it will have a significant impact on the commercial success of the company.

Working with the CEO's/founders this passionate leader will need to drive revenue generation delivered through an integrated approach to sales, marketing and customer success.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage global sales/marketing teams and commercial gotomarket strategies
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Clevel team and advisors to achieve company goals
  • Continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to define offerings, continuously refining value propositions and looking for differentiators.
  • Use industry knowledge to quickly identify opportunities for new revenue growth from different vertices and global locations.

We believe that you'll thrive in this role if:

  • You are a hands-on sales and marketing director, with a leading-from-the front mindset and thrive by delivering customers the best technology solutions possible.
  • You are able to demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge and market awareness within the technology services arena. Have an indepth understanding of it, including the key industry issues and trends, key competitors where appropriate, customer insights and business drivers.
  • Have capitalised on using sales tools such as Tech Target, Zoho etc (or similar).
  • You can through extensive networking and thought leadership showcase our people's technical capabilities, opening up opportunities to build long last relationships.
  • You have demonstrated high growth as either a VP of Sales, Head of Sales, CRO or similar. Or are indeed looking to step into a csuite role.
  • You are an approachable and inclusive leader and will exemplify our company values.
