Customer Service Advisor / Order Support Assistant & Coordinator who has excellent administrative, organisational, time-management and communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner is required for a well-established and leading print solution and telecoms provider based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.


SALARY:
£22,000 - £24,000 per annum + Benefits


LOCATION:
Hertford, Hertfordshire


JOB TYPE:
Full-Time, Permanent

Working as a Customer Service Advisor / Order Support Assistant & Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to join the Service Department at one of the UK's leading print management companies.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor / Order Support Assistant & Coordinator will include:
Providing a professional service to customers and maintaining customer satisfaction

Take responsibility and ownership of customer service requests and keep the customer informed for their orders or possible back orders

Clearing down completed toner orders

Managing all collections of surplus toners and checking these have been accounted for in the warehouse

Arranging same day couriers and raising purchase orders for them

Corresponding with the warehouse on toner orders and back orders


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
A professional, positive attitude

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to take ownership and accountability without daily guidance

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
