    Description

    Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for exceptional customer service? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

    You will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage manager by overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service within our hotel, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

    Oversee daily operations including Meeting & Events, ensuring smooth service and adherence to food safety regulations.
    Supervising and coordinating the Food & Beverage team, leading by example and fostering a positive work environment.
    Overseeing dining services during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or special events, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service.
    Develop and implement training programs for new team members.
    Support the F&B Manager in rostering while ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
    Maintain accurate inventory control of food and beverage stock.
    Assist with menu planning and development as required.
    Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
    You will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry.
    You will have in-depth knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and best practices.
    Proficient knowledge in hospitality software (POS system) is a plus.
