Sustainability Consultant
A well known and highly respected, award-winning consultancy are now seeking a experienced sustainability consultant to join them based out of their Winchester office.
The Company
The successful sustainability consultant will join a national, leading consultancy with an already established sustainability team across the UK. The sustainability consultant will be specifically required to conduct appraisals and carbon and energy modellingacross a range of sectors.
The Sustainability Consultant Responsibilities:
The sustainability consultant will be required to
- BREEAM, DREAM, WELL assessments
- Embodied carbon assessments
- Net Zero strategy
- Thermal Modelling
- Use of IES VE
- Part L and CIBSE TM5
- Assisting senior consultants
The Sustainability consultant will ideally have:
- BREEAM experience / training
- Experience or understanding with Part L regs and TM5
- Prior thermal modelling experience
- Relevant degree, preferably masters level
- Technical reports experience
- Relevant software experience (preferably IES VE)

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000
