POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Manely Firm P.C.
is seeking a full-time, family law solicitor to provide our clients around the world with the ultimate client service experience.
If you have at least three (3) Post Qualified Experience (PQE) years of experience in family law litigation, let's chat.

has five or more years of experience with Divorce, Child Advocacy, and High asset cases.has experience managing a law office
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES include, but are not limited to:
Meet and ideally exceed the average monthly billable hour requirement of 140 hours;
Build firm's client base;
Conduct client case assessments;
Provide legal analysis and opinions;
Provide legal counsel;
Draft, and supervise paralegal staff in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, parenting plans, child support worksheets; settlement agreements, and proposed orders;
Provide client representation and advocacy in negotiations, mediation, and court;
Learn and follow firm policies and procedures regarding client engagement, case management, productivity, and accountability;
Complete all related administrative tasks associated with the legal practice; and
Work in a team environment, fostering a positive, professional work environment for all team members.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of PQE experience in family law litigation;
Proven success at attracting and building positive rapport with family law clients; and
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
PAY RANGE:
£60,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
